Your calculator inputs

Seller Ledger calculates the values you enter in your browser. Calculator inputs, your selling region and currency are saved in this browser's local storage to restore your most recent entries. There is no website login or cloud history in this version. Anyone sharing your browser profile may see saved entries. Clearing your browser's site data removes these preferences. CSV exports are saved on your device.

Hosting and website traffic

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes technical request information such as IP address, browser information and request time to deliver and protect it. If the site owner enables Cloudflare Web Analytics, that service can collect website usage and performance data. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Google advertising

This version includes Google AdSense code. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers and similar technologies to serve, measure and protect ads. Where permitted and with the required consent, ads may be personalised using visits to this and other websites. The calculator does not intentionally send your entered item prices, costs or card names to Google.

Read how Google uses information from partner sites and Google's advertising information. You can manage Google's personalised advertising preferences through My Ad Center. Where a consent message is displayed, use its privacy options to manage or withdraw your choices. Browser settings can also control cookies and site data; blocking advertising scripts may prevent ads from displaying.

Links to eBay and other websites open those services, whose own privacy and cookie policies apply. This version has no eBay product banner or automatic eBay listing feed.

Calculation assumptions

Results are estimates based on the selected profile and your inputs, not accounting or tax advice. Account-specific fees, invoice rounding, refunds and specialised product categories may differ. Currency selection changes the denomination rather than converting existing amounts. Supported presets are scoped to the listed account region and currency; other combinations require custom fees. VAT recovery and output sales VAT are not modelled. Use the Fee sources control on a calculator page to review assumptions and official references.
