Transaction and payment fees
The standard preset separates the 6.5% Etsy transaction fee from Etsy Payments processing of 4% + £0.20. The calculator starts with a single item sale and one applicable listing or renewal fee. Your purchase cost is not deducted from the payout result.
Listing fee and currency
The $0.20 listing fee is converted to GBP using an editable illustrative exchange rate, initially 0.80 GBP per dollar. It is not fetched live. Enter the rate applicable to your invoice when a precise estimate matters.
Local charges and fee tax
The UK preset includes the 0.48% regulatory operating fee and defaults fee VAT to 20%. Adjust fee VAT for your circumstances; the tool does not model VAT recovery.
Optional Offsite Ads
Select No, 15% or 12% according to whether this sale incurs an Offsite Ads charge and which rate applies to your shop. The calculator models the $100-per-order cap using the selected currency-per-dollar value. A separate optional 2.5% currency conversion charge can also be enabled.

Does every Etsy sale incur an Offsite Ads charge?
No. Only select a charge when it applies to that attributed sale.
Is delivery charged to the buyer included?
This simplified tool models item proceeds and optional postage you pay. Buyer-paid postage is not added to its sale input.
