HOW THIS CALCULATOR WORKS
Domestic and international receipts
Standard Hong Kong domestic commercial receipts cost 3.9% plus a fixed fee. International receipts add 0.50 percentage points, producing 4.4% plus the fixed fee. This preset does not cover QR codes, Advanced Card Payments or pre-approved micropayment rates.
Fixed fee follows receipt currency
The supported fixed fees are HKD 2.35, USD 0.30, GBP 0.20, EUR 0.35, CAD 0.30 and AUD 0.30. This is a Hong Kong-account schedule; it is not the fee of a UK/US account merely because those currencies are received.
Example and scope
At HK$100, a domestic standard receipt leaves HK$93.75; an international receipt leaves HK$93.25, before any conversion or withdrawal cost. PayPal is a separate calculator, not an added processing fee on eBay managed payments.
